OMR Form Design

We design the answer sheet around your exam, not the other way around — question count, roll/ID digit blocks, set codes and subject sections all fit precisely on the page while keeping every bubble inside the tolerance our scanning engine expects.

Form Print

A form is only as reliable as its print run. We hold registration marks, bubble size and paper weight to consistent tolerances across the whole batch, whether that's 500 sheets for a department test or 200,000 for a national admission exam.

• Consistent ink density so bubble contrast reads reliably at scan time
• Serialized or set-coded sheets for exam security
• Packing and numbering by center, hall or batch on request

OMR Form Scanning

Filled sheets go through our production scanners in batches, not one at a time. Duplex scanning, automatic feed and double-feed detection keep large jobs moving without babysitting the machine — see the Epson DS-970 we run this on.

• Jam and double-feed detection so no sheet is silently skipped

Extract Data from OMR Form Images

This is the core of what we build: software that reads a scanned sheet the way a person would, but faster and without fatigue. It finds the page by its anchor marks, maps the bubble grid onto the image, and decides which circles are actually filled.

• Works directly from scanner output or from photographed sheets
• Corrects for tilt, shrink and lighting differences sheet to sheet
• Flags ambiguous or double-marked answers for manual review instead of guessing
• Exports straight to CSV, Excel or your student information system
